Here's what I would do:

To change the azimuth of the RHI slice, type in a number from 0 to 360 in the azimuth text box and press the Enter key. Click on the +- buttons to increment or decrement the current azimuth.

To change the vertical height of the displayed slice, enter a number in the Height text box (in thousands of feet). Enter a number in the Width text box (in nautical miles) to change the displayed width. Press enter.

GRLevel2 is a technical app. You need to google for "RHI nexrad" and find out what an RHI view is first then the terms used in the RHI window will become clear and you'll be able to manipulate the controls.

I just downloaded the free trial of grlevel3 and found this post in the forums. My family and I were in this tornado in the section that was rated F4. This was one unbelievable experience and we are very lucky to be alive. This is amazing to see images of this type of this tornado.
