MRLevel3 is a Windows Phone 8 viewer for real-time Level III data from NEXRAD and TDWR weather radars. It displays high resolution base products, dual polarization products, and derived products along with Local Storm Reports and severe weather warnings. All Windows Phone 8 screen resolutions are supported in both portrait and landscape modes. MRLevel3 is unique among smartphone-based radar apps in that it supports Dual Panels, which allows you to see two radar products at one time. This is especially important when interpreting Dual Pol radar products in winter and severe weather events.
